About the Role: Compliance Manager (Policy / Risk Assessment)
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical Compliance Manager to join our growing Regulatory Compliance team. Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessment Management
- Due Diligence Support: Standardize and manage responses to due diligence requests from banks, auditors, licensing authorities, and partners—ensuring all documentation aligns with global risk assessment standards.
- Issue Mitigation Collaboration: Work closely with the Issue Management team to develop remediation plans for identified risks, tracking progress and reporting on resolution timelines.
- Policy & Procedure Oversight: Lead the development, review, and updating of internal policies and procedures related to compliance risk assessments.
- Data & Analysis Support: Build qualitative and quantitative risk indicators; oversee collection and organization of structured and unstructured data essential for comprehensive risk evaluations.
- GRC Tool Integration: Manage configurations and updates within Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms to ensure alignment with local and international regulatory expectations.
- Risk Calendar & Tracking: Maintain an Enterprise Risk Assessment Calendar for annual evaluations across global entities and develop a centralized Global Risk Assessment Tracker for real-time monitoring.
Regulatory Change Management
- Horizon Scanning & Regulatory Mapping: Establish and manage processes to identify emerging regulatory trends across all operational regions.
- Workflow Development: Design efficient workflows for assessing new regulations and determining their impact on OKX operations.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party providers offering regulatory intelligence and compliance monitoring services.
